Fund Aims

The investment strategy of the fund is to purchase units in the Aviva Property Trust. The investment objective of that Trust is to obtain optimal returns compatible with security with income and capital appreciation primarily investment in certain kinds of real property, property related securities, government and other public securities and units in collective investment schemes.

Photo of Andrew Hook Andrew is Fund Manager of the Aviva Investors European Property Fund. He joined Aviva Investors in August 2007 bringing previous experience of managing a property fund investing in European logistics/light industrial assets, and a property fund investing in European out-of-town retail parks. Prior to joining Aviva Investors Andrew spent five years at Curzon Global Partners as an associate director in the investment strategy and research team. Prior to that he was an associate in the European acquisitions team. Andrew started his career at Donaldsons as a graduate surveyor in the valuation department. Andrew holds a post-graduate diploma in Law from Nottingham Trent University, an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, and an MA in Geography from the University of Oxford. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate.
